Which cargo company will bring my order?

Your orders will be send with the cargo company named ARAS Cargo, PTT, HEPSİJET and BOVO Cargo which we are contracted.

How can i track my order shipment?

You can reach all the details about your shipment on My Account/My Orders panel after signing up. You can also track it from Aras Cargo and Bovo Cargo’s web panel after clicking the link on the page.

Return Policy & Procedure

You can return the products you bought for free if they have not been used or abused, and they are complete with no missing accessories, within 30 days of delivery. They must be send back to us with the sales receipt.

You can also change another size of product that you bought in Colin's store. In Colin's stores, we can only making size changes for a while.

For making a return;

Fill the return form that places behind your sales receipt completely, with the code of the product you want to return and the reason for returning it and put it in the package that you will send.

You can send the products you want to return for free with Aras Cargo, which is the company we are contracted to Colin’s Online Store Return Warehouse. The return fee that made with another cargo companies will be charged from customer.

The products for return process will be inspected for if they are appropriate for return policies. If they are return process will be approved and the price of the product will be repaying to customer.
